Our Story

Overall Events is a full event management and public relations company that specializes in creating engaging platforms for you and your stakeholders. We believe that consistency is the key to success especially when it comes to communication strategies.

The company was established in 2009 and we have extensive experience in organising various corporate events in the Eastern Cape. Our event organising skills has always been put to the test and our clients can attest to the fact that we know how to put our skills to good use.

Overall Events & Communication is headed by Managing Creative Director, Claire Kivedo who believes that consistency is the key to success. Her natural organising ability has ensured that clients continue to request our solution-based event management services.

We have a hands-on approach to all of our events to ensure that our clients consistently deliver on their event and communication objectives. We partner with them to establish a mutually beneficial relationship as our success is their success.

Managing Creative Director

Claire is the Managing Creative Director of Overall Events and Communication and can be found conceptualizing event ideas and communication strategies. Her commitment to create impactful and meaningful events are appreciated by our vast range of clients and establishes trust in our event & communication service offerings. She believes that consistency is the key to success and that life is too short for bad coffee.

Chantelle Gallant

Operations & Finance

Chantelle is part of our operations teams and comes with a host of systems and project management experience behind her. She gets straight to the point and thrives on clarity and direction. Her analytical mind looks at projects in a factional way that ensures all avenues are considered and budgeted for. Coffee is the only thing that gets her going in the morning, partnered with clear and planned actions.

Chinney Gallant

Office & Events

Chinney is a team player that ensures that our clients are kept up to date with their projects and most importantly with their accounts as well. Her client relations skills and calm demeanor makes her an asset to any project. Her easy approach to tasks while getting the work done is refreshing in dynamic event projects. She is a hard working mom that understands time is a resource we have to use wisely.

Chwayita is an asset to our team and ensures our project communications are up to date and that our clients are informed. Her people skills are what our clients enjoy as she puts their mind at ease.
