Thrown into the deep end of event and conference management from day one, she quickly found her footing, proving that calm focus and quick thinking goes a long way in a fast-moving environment. She has an instinct for reading the room, anticipating needs, and delivering thoughtful solutions under pressure.
With a BA in Corporate Communication and experience spanning broadcast media, social media, customer service, and frontline management, Narishka brings a rare blend of strategic thinking and creative execution. She understands messaging, people, and presence; and it shows in the way she approaches both clients and projects. Clear, confident, and quietly assured, she adds value not just through her skills, but through her perspective.
Narishka may not drink coffee (shocking, we know), but she stays sharp regardless.
