Overall Events & Communication Appointed as Project Leaders for NAACAM Show 2025
Overall Events & Communication is proud to have successfully led the delivery of the NAACAM Show 2025, one of South Africa’s most significant automotive conferences and exhibitions, hosted at the Boardwalk Convention Centre in Gqeberha this August 2025.
As the appointed Project Leaders, our team was entrusted with the end-to-end management of this high-profile industry showcase, which brought together national and international automotive leaders, government stakeholders, and supply chain partners. The event has been highlighted in regional and industry press, recognising Overall as the lead local team responsible for delivering a seamless, world-class experience.
Our role as Project Leaders included:
- Full Event & Exhibition Management – from concept to execution, ensuring flawless coordination across all logistics, exhibitor management, and programme scheduling.
- Stakeholder Engagement – working closely with NAACAM, government representatives, sponsors, and industry partners to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Exhibitor & Sponsor Management – overseeing more than 100 exhibitors, supplier networks, and corporate partners.
- Operational Oversight – ensuring sustainable, safe, and efficient practices throughout the event, aligned with industry best practices.
